Return Policy

Everything we rescue is special in it's way.  Before we sell an item we do one of three things.  Some we give a complete makeover, some we make minor fixes, some we sell as is.  As such, these items may be unique, vintage, collectible and totally awesome, but may have some normal wear, and is not new or even just like new, (unless we explicitly say it is).

We do our best to document the item(s) that accurately display any imperfections, with pictures and/or words.  The following is our return policy:

  • If the item(s) is/are not yet shipped, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • If you come to pick up the item(s) personally from our facility, you may decline the item(s) for any reason, and you will receive a full refund.
  • If you have the item(s) delivered, and you decline delivery, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
  • If you are not present for delivery, you will be responsible for shipping. You can have the item(s) reshipped or have the order cancelled. If you have it reshipped, you will be required to pay another shipping fee; if you cancel the order, you will have the cost of the item(s) refunded (not the shipping).
  • If the item(s) does not match the approximate condition for which it was described, we will accept the item(s) back to make repairs.  There will be no additional shipping charge (within NYC/NJ area as specified in the shipping policy).  Elsewhere, you are responsible for shipping.  If we determine we cannot make repairs, you will be entitle to a refund.
